• Shake bottle well before use.
• Apply sun-screen generously before sun exposure.
• Enough to give a visible layer before rubbing in.
• Allowing to absorb completely.
• Re Apply frequently especially after swimming, perspiring and towelling.
• Allow to absorb completely and avoid direct contact with textiles.
• Reducing the quantity will lower the level of protection significantly
