• Place a hazelnut-sized amount of hand cream on the back of one of the hands.
• Rub the hands together to distribute the cream and nourish this area that needs it most.
• Then rub the palms together and focus on the skin between the fingers.
• If you wish, you can massage each finger from the palm all the way to the fingertips
• Finish with a gentle circular massage over your nails.
