Eucalyptus oil is closely associated with the breath and clear breathing. It is used all year around, especially in the Autumn and Winter months where our breath is constantly adjusting to warm and cold temperatures. It is used frequently in saunas and spas around the world to help promote clear breathing and to open up and soothe the lungs.

It is known to boost the whole family’s vitality and energy during the colder seasons and is a beautiful scent to boot. It is a great cleansing oil that lifts and energises tired bodies that may be over worked or adjusting to the seasons. We use it in our Ogam Decongest blend which is focused towards soothing blocked and stuffy noses and congested chests.

It can naturally support your emotions – namely that of grief and sorrow. It is known to help alleviate these emotions and provide a supportive environment to in which to process them.

May irritate the skin so only use in low dilutions. It is incompatible with some home remedies and toxic if taken internally.
